Title: Mrs Librada Rochin'S Salsa De Repollo
Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients

      1 lg head cabbage; shredded
      1    coarse
      2    green chiles; diced
      2    carrots; diced
      4    5 bay leaves
     10    chiletepins; crushed
      6 oz french's classic yellow
      1    mustard
    1/2 c  white vinegar
    1/2 c  vegetable oil
      5 cl garlic; crushed
      1 lg onion; diced
      1    ; s&p

Instructions

Soak cabbage overnight in water or 90 min in salted water. Drain
well. Mix all ingredients. Season to taste. Chill well before serving.
