Title: Baked Potato Bread (Machine) - Regular Loaf
Yield: 1 Loaf

Ingredients

    1/2 c  water
      2 c  white bread flour
      1 tb dry milk
      1 tb sugar
      1 ts salt
    1/4 c  sour cream
  1 1/2 tb potato flakes, instant
  1 1/2 tb bacon bits
  1 1/2 tb chives
      1 ts yeast, fast rise or machine
           - or -
      2 ts yeast, active dry

Instructions

If you are a meat-and-potatoes kind of person, this is the bread for
you. Just add butter and you have a potato loaf with all the
trimmings! The velvety texture and rich flavor make this bread a
wonderful companion to roasts, and a natural for meatloaf sandwiches.
Served warm, it turns a bowl of vegetable beef soup into a memorable
meal.
