Title: Dilled Potatoes And Fish Fillets
Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients

      1 lb potatoes, scrubbed & thinly
           -sliced; (peeled if desired)
      1 lb white fish fillets, 1/2
           -thick
      1    dill weed
      1    salt & lemon pepper to taste
      1    basil
      2    tomatoes, fresh & chopped
      1 tb lemon juice

Instructions

Arrange potatoes in single layer in a casserole dish. Place fish
fillets on top of potatoes. Sprinkle potatoes and fish with the dill,
salt, lemon pepper and basil. Pour lemon juice over ingredients.
Bake covered for 20 - 25 minutes at 350 degrees until fish flakes and
potatoes are done. Serves 4.
