1 c rice
1 carrot shredded
1 sm onion
1 egg
1 lb ground meat (up to your
1 choice)
1 salt & pepper
Instructions
Separate leaves from cabbage, cooked 5 min. Cut hard parts from
leaves.
Mean time sautee onion with 1 tb sp. of oil. Pre-cook rice (boil rice
about 10 min. then drain watter). Mix ground meat, onion, rice and egg
together. Stuff each leaf with stuffing and place in Dutch Oven. Fill
with water or chicken broth with tomatoe juice. Cook in oven about 60
min with 375 degr. F.
