Title: Pumpkin Puff
Yield: 1 Serving

Ingredients

      1 cn pumpkin; (29 oz.)
    1/2 c  brown sugar
      6 tb butter; melted
      1 ts salt
    1/2 ts nutmeg
    1/2 ts cinnamon
    1/2 ts ground ginger
      3    eggs; well beaten
    1/2 c  cream
      3 tb honey
    1/2 c  walnuts; chopped

Instructions

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix pumpkin, sugar, butter, salt and spices.
Add eggs and cream. Combine. Spoon mixture into baking dish. Drizzle
with honey and sprinkle with walnuts. Bake 50 minutes or until slightly
puffed.
