Title: Grilled Tomatoes - Sl 7/85
Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients

      4 sm ripe tomatoes
      2 tb reduced-calorie margarine;
           -melted
      1    freshly ground pepper
      1 tb parmesan cheese
      1 ts parmesan cheese

Instructions

: Cut each tomato into 6 sections, leaving stem ends intact. Brush
insides of tomatoes with margarine; sprinkle with pepper and Parmesan
cheese. Place each on a piece of aluminum foil; fold foil securely
around each tomato. Cook tomatoes on grill over medium coals 10 to
15 minutes or until tomatoes are tender. Yield: 4 servings (about 57
