Title: Eileen'S Corn-Chilies-Cheese Bread (Abm)
Yield: 12 Servings

Ingredients

      1    package of yeast
      3 c  bread flour
    3/4 c  yellow cornmeal
    1/2 c  drained whole kernal corn
      1 tb chopped chilies, mild or hot
    1/2 c  cheddar cheese, shredded
      1    egg
      1 tb butter
    1/2 ts salt
      2 ts sugar
  1 1/4 c  warm water

Instructions

Put all ingredients in your ABM according to manufacturer's
directions. This was originally for the DAK's that make the 1 1/2
pound loaves of bread. Select white bread and push start. Do not
use rapid rise yeast with this ABM recipe.
