1/2 c water (70 to 80 degrees)
1/3 c plain yogurt
1 1/2 tb vegetable oil
1 egg
1/4 c oats-old fashioned or quick
3 tb wheat germ
3 tb unprocessed bran
1 1/2 ts packed brown sugar
1 ts salt
2 c bread flour
1 ts fleischman's bread machine
1 .yeast
Instructions
Measure all ingredients into bread machine in the order that the bread
machine manufacturer suggests. Process in basic or rapid bread cycle
on medium/normal crust setting. Remove baked bread from pan; cool on
wire rack.
