Title: Zucchini Casserole
Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients

      2 c  cubed zucchini
    1/2 c  chopped onion
      1    salt and pepper to taste
      1 cn cream-style corn
    1/2 c  grated cheddar cheese
      1    croutons

Instructions

Saute zucchini and onion. Steam briefly. Put that in a slightly
buttered casseole. Cover with can of cream-style corn and grated
cheddar cheese. Top with croutons. Bake in a 350 degree oven till
cheese melts.
