2. Wash, shell, and wash again.
3. Blanch 2 minutes in boiling water or steam blanch 3 minutes. Cool;
drain well.
4. Tray freezer or pack into containers. Seal, label, and freeze.
5. Cook frozen peas 3 to 5 minutes until heated through.
