Ingredients
2 lb to 2-1/2 lb in pods makes 12
- to 16; pints
Instructions
1. Choose well filled pods of young, tender, green beans.
2. Wash pods well.
3. Blanch beans in pods 5 minutes. Cool; drain well.
4. Squeeze beans out of pods and pick over, discarding any bad beans.
5. Tray freeze or pack into containers. Seal, label, and freeze.
6. Cook frozen soybeans 10 to 20 minutes.
