Title: Fran Miller'S Coffee Cake
Yield: 1 Coffeecake

Ingredients

      1    mix and beat:
    1/2 lb butter
      1 c  white sugar
      2    eggs
      1    25 cent carton sour cream
           -[1/2 pint; container]
      1    add, sifted together:
      2 c  flour
      1 ts baking powder
      1 ts baking soda
      1 ts salt
      1    filling and topping:
    1/2 c  brown sugar
      2 ts cinnamon

Instructions

Add flour mixture to the first mixture and beat well. Using a large
angel cake pan, put half the batter in the pan and spread. Make a
steusel of the brown sugar and cinnamon; put 2/3 over the batter in
the pan. Add the rest of the batter and spread on the rest of the
topping. bake ate 350 for 40-50 minutes.

Fran Miller was a friend of my mother's. I remember Mom making this
cake when I was in high school in the early sixties. It was delicious.
