Title: Benedictine Cheese

Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese
1 sl cucumber, 1 inch size
1 sm onion
1 mayonnaise
Instructions
Chop onion and cucumber and add to cheese. Thin with mayonnaise.
Color with green food coloring. Spread on crackers or bread. If
using for dip, thin to the desired consistency with milk or cream.
