400 g lean minced beef (13oz)
1 c water
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1 md onion, finely sliced
1 tb tomato paste
1 c celery diced
1 md carrot, peeled and diced
1 tb fresh oregano (or 1ts dried)
1 1/2 c dry white wine
3 md tomatoes, roughly chopped
1 freshly ground lack pepper
Instructions
1. Place beef, water, garlic & onion in non-stick frypan.
Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. 2. Add remaining ingredients &
simmer cover 30 minutes.
Serve with freshly cooked pasta
