Title: Steamed Beef Hash

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1 cn (8 oz) water chestnuts,
1 chopped
2 tb chopped green onions
1 tb cornstarch
1 tb soy sauce
1 ts minced ginger root
1 ts sugar
1 ts salt
1 ts sesame oil
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Press mixture evenly into a 9-
inch glass pie plate. Cover with plastic wrap and cook at 70% power
for 10 minutes. Let stand 10 more minutes before serving. Makes 6
servings.
