Title: Esquire Salad
Yield: 2 Servings

Ingredients

      2    bibb lettuce heads; washed
      4    green onions; sliced
      6    mushrooms, fresh; sliced
      4    tomatoes, cherry; sliced
      2    artichoke hearts; quartered
 
  ----------------------------DRESSING----------------------------------
    3/4 c  oil, olive
    1/4 c  vinegar, wine
    1/2    lemon; juice of
      1 ds worcestershire sauce
      1    salt
      1    pepper
      1 ds tarragon leaves
      1 ds parsley; chopped
      1 ds oregano
      1 ds basil
      1 ds garlic powder

Instructions

Prepare salad ingredients in large bowl. Add dressing and toss
lightly.

Dressing: Combine all ingredients and mix well. Serve over salad
greens. Yield: 1 cup
