Title: Chocolate Steamed Pudding

2 oz Unsweetened chocolate,
melted, cooled
1 cup All purpose flour
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Milk
1 Tbsp Butter or marg, softened
1 Egg
1 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 cup Chopped walnutrs
Whipped cream cheese
Measure all ingredients except walnuts and whipped cream cheese into large
mixer
bowl. Blend 1/2 minute at low speed, scraping bowl constantly. Beat 1
minute at
high speed, scraping bowl occasionally. Fold in walnuts. Spoon batter into
well
greased 1 quart mold and cover tightly. Place on rack in deep kettle and
add 1
inch water. Heat water to boiling. Reduce heat, cover kettle, and steam
until a
pick inserted in center of pudding comes out clean, about 1 1/2 hours. Add
boiling water to kettle if necessary. Remove mold from kettle, cool
slightly,
and unmold. Serve hot with whipped cream cheese. To reheat pudding, wrap in
aluminum foil and heat in 350 F oven 1 hour.
