Title: Flyweight Fajitas
Yield: 6 Servings

Ingredients

      4    chicken breast halves,
           -boneless, sk; slic
      1 c  onon; sliced 1/8" thick
    1/2 c  red bell pepper; sliced 1/8"
           - thick
      2    fresh jallapeno peppers;
           -sliced 1/8" thick
    1/4 c  lime or lemon juice
      2 tb canola oil
      2 tb worcestershire sauce or soy
           -sauce
    1/2 ts cumin; ground
    1/2 ts garlic powder
    1/2 ts oregano; ground
           salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix very well. Cover and
refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Separate the chicken from the vegetable
mixture. Preheat the GRILLING MACHINE for 5 minutes. Spread vegetables on
the
GRILLING MACHINE and top with chicken slices. Grill 4-5 minutes.
NOTE: For all recipes, remember to place drip tray in front of the GRILLING
MACHINE to catch drippings from the cooking process.
