Title: Coffee Icebox Pie
Yield: 8 Servings

Ingredients

  ----------------------PREP TIME: 30 MINUTES---------------------------
 
  ---------------------FREEZING TIME: 6 HOURS---------------------------
      2 tb butter
      1    12 oz. package chocolate
           -chips
  2 1/2 c  rice krispies
      1 qt softened coffee ice cream
      1    shaved unsweetened chocolate

Instructions

Melt butter and chocolate chips in top of double boiler. Remove from
heat and fold in Rice Krispies. Spread mixture evenly over a deep
nine inch pie plate to make a crust. Chill. Spread ice cream in
prepared crust. Freeze six hours. Remove from freezer and shave
unsweetened chocolate over the top a few minutes before cutting.
