Title: Baked Pork Tenderloin With Mustard Sauce
Yield: 6 Servings

Ingredients

  ----------------------------MARINADE----------------------------------
    1/4 c  soy sauce
    1/4 c  bourbon
      2 tb brown sugar
 
  --------------------------MUSTARD SAUCE-------------------------------
    1/3 c  sour cream
    1/3 c  mayonnaise
      1 tb dry mustard
      1 tb finely chopped green onion
  1 1/2 ts vinegar
      1    salt to taste

Instructions

Marinate meat for several hours at room temperature in mixture of soy
sauce, bourbon, and brown sugar, turning occasionally. Remove from
marinade and bake in slow oven at 325F, basting frequently with
marinade for 1 hour, or until tender.

Carve the tenderloin on the diagonal in thin slices and serve with
Mustard Sauce.

To make the sauce, mix together sour cream and mayonnaise. Stir in
remaining ingredients. Yield: 6 Servings Typed in MMFormat by
