Ingredients
1 1/4 c warm water
1 egg white
1 tb vegetable oil
1 tb sugar
1 1/2 ts salt
3 c bread flour; (up to 3 1/2
-cups)
2 ts active dry yeast
Instructions
Upon completion of dough cycle, remove dough. Form rolls, place
on a greased baking sheet, cover with a towel and let rise in a
warm, draft-free location for 30-40 minutes.
Bake in a preheated 400 oven 12-15 minutes.
