Title: All American Clam Chowder

Ingredients
3 sl bacon
1/2 c onions; minced
1 cn minced clams; (7 1//2 oz.)

1 liquor
1 c potatoes; cubed
1 cn cream of celery soup
1 1/2 c milk
1 ds pepper
Instructions
Cook bacon until crisp. Remove and break into 1-inch pieces. Brown onion
in bacon fat. Add clam liquor and potatoes. Cover and cook over low heat
until potatoes are done, about 15 minutes. Blend in bacon pieces, minced
clams and other in ingredients. Heat, but do not boil. Bacon may be used
for garnish.
