Brown'S Thanksgiving Baked Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
1 sweet potatoes; baking-size
1/2 c butter
1 c brown sugar
1/2 ts allspice
1 marshmallows
1 pecans; whole
Instructions
Select baking size sweet potatoes: wash, with or without skins. Trim ends
off; wrap in foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until soft. Remove
from oven; cool until easily handled. Butter 9x13-inch baking dish. Slice
sweet potatoes thickly; layer in bottom of baking dish. Melt butter over
potatoes and sprinkle brown sugar over the casserole. Sprinkle allspice on
top. On each slice, place a marshmallow and one whole pecan. Bake at 350
degrees until the marshmallows melt.
