Title: Chili Cheese Bars
Yield: 1

Ingredients

      1 c  cottage cheese
      1 pk cream cheese; (3 oz.)
      2 md garlic cloves; minced
      2 ts chili powder
      2 ts worcestershire sauce
    1/2 ts tabasco sauce
    1/4 ts salt
      2 c  chedaar cheese; shredded
    1/2 c  pecans; chopped

Instructions

In small mixing bowl, beat together cottage cheese, cream cheese, garlic,
chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce and salt until smooth.
Gradually beat in Cheddar cheese until smooth. Chill at least 1 hour for
ease in handling. Shape mixture into bars and roll in pecans. Wrap in
foil.

To serve, slice and serve with crackers, rye bread rounds or apple slices.
Will keep 1 month in refrigerator.

HINT: A wonderful breakfast dish!
