Title: Coffee Sundae Sauce
Yield: 1

Ingredients

      1 c  sugar
  1 1/2 c  strong coffee
      3 tb water
      2 tb cornstarch
      1 ds salt

Instructions

Melt sugar in heavy skillet over low heat, stirring occasionally. Stir in
coffee gradually. Dissolve cornstarch in water; blend into sauce in
skillet and cook until sauce thickens. Remove from heat and add salt.

Yields 1 1/2 cups.
