Mike Saxon'S Breakfast For A King Potatoes

Ingredients
4 lg russet potatoes
1 lg onion; quartered
1 green bell pepper; cut in
-bite-size
3 tb vegetable oil
1/2 ts pepper
1/2 ts season salt
Instructions
Peel potatoes; cut in bite-size chunks. Boil potatoes until tender but
firm. Saute onions and peppers for 3 minutes in oil. Add potatoes: cover,
stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Remove the lid; cook until brown.
Serve with eggs, toast and favorite breakfast meat.
(Hint. Bacon grease adds a great flavor.)
