Neill'S Grape Ice Cream

Ingredients
6 whole eggs
1 c sugar
1 lemon; juice of
2 cn welch's frozen grape juice
-concentr; ate, (12 oz. can)
Instructions
Use one-gallon ice cream freezer. Beat eggs with beater until light and
frothy. Add sugar, lemon juice and grape juice; blend well. Pour into
freezer can; fill to mark with milk of your choice (half-and-half, cream,
homogenized milk, or a mixture of the above). Freeze according to freezer
directions.
*We make this recipe with skim milk . . . and think the outcome is
delicious!
