Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.
Note:
Authentic Buffalo Wings are not batter fried. That's a good thing, because
1 chicken wing alone contains about 2 grams of fat. Grill the wings,
basting with the sauce. They'll be a little wetter if you brush on the
sauce afterwards. Serve with celery & fat free blue cheese dressing. This
quells the lingering heat of the wings.
Makes 5 - 1 tablespoon servings of sauce.
