Title: Thick Spaghetti Sauce (Canning)

Ingredients
1/2 c salad oil
4 cloves garlic
4 md onions
4 green bell peppers
20 lb tomatoes
1/4 c sugar
1/4 c chopped parsley
2 tb oregano leaves
2 tb salt
3/4 ts pepper
2 ts basil
2 bay leaves
Instructions
Use the blender to liquefy tomatoes, onions, garlic, and peppers. Put in
large kettle. Add other ingredients. Cook until desired thickness.
Makes 10 pints.
