Title: Apple Scallops (Weight Watchers )
Yield: 4

Ingredients

      1 lb apples; peeled and thinly
      1    sliced almonds
    1/4 c  water
      5 pk equal" sweetener
    3/4 ts brandy extract
    3/4 ts cinnamon

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a small casserole sprayed with Pam
and bake 30 minutes at 350 or till tender. Serves 4.
