Instructions
Peel potatoes, quarter and cooking lightly salted water until soft.
Drain broth and set aside, then cool the potatoes to room temperature.
Crush the garlic, and whip it with the potatoes and 1/2 cup of the saved
broth. Add the sour cream, oil and vinegar. Stir in the capers and pine
nuts. Salt to taste and serve as dip with fresh vegetables, pita bread
or crackers.
