Ingredients

      3 tb butter
      1 bn spring onions; trimmed and
           -sliced
    250 ml french cider; reduced down
           -to
      1    ; 125ml
      1 kg clams; washed
    200 g  fresh squid; cleaned and
           -finely
      1    ; sliced
    200 g  small cubed potato; cooked

Instructions

Melt the butter in a pan and add the spring onion and cook until softened.

Then add the remaining ingredients and cook for 5 minutes. Discard any
clams that have not opened and serve.
