Title: Indian Pastry

Ingredients

      1 c  plain flour
    1/2 c  wholemeal flour
      1 pn salt
      1    egg
    100 ml yoghurt
      2 tb olive oil
      1 ts water
      1 ts cumin
      1 ts curry powder

Instructions

In a mixing bowl combine the flours with the cumin and curry powder.

Make a well in the middle and add the salt, egg, yoghurt, oil and water
and mix to a smooth dough.

Knead for 5 minutes, then allow to rest for 30 minutes.
