25 g butter; (1oz)
4 rashers smoked streaky
-bacon; chopped
200 g cooked and peeled chestnuts;
- halved (7oz)
1 salt and freshly ground
-black peppe; r
Instructions
Place the Brussels sprouts into a large pan of boiling water and cook for
5-8 minutes until just tender.
Melt the butter in a large frying pan and add the bacon. Fry until
crispy.
Add the chestnuts and drained sprouts and cook for a further minute mixing
well. Add seasoning to taste.
