Title: Strawberry And Creme Fraiche Pancakes

Ingredients

      1    250 gram tub creme fraiche
      1    250 gram pac fresh
           -strawberries; washed, hulle
      1    ; sliced
     50 g  flaked almonds; (2oz)
      1    to garnish a sprig of fresh
           -mint

Instructions

Spread the creme fraiche on to the pancakes.

Place the strawberries on one half of the pancake and sprinkle over the
almonds before folding over the other half of the pancake.
