Title: Citrus Crumble

Ingredients

      2    oranges
      2    limes
     75 g  brown sugar
     25 g  butter; grated
      1 dr vanilla essence
    100 g  oatmeal
      1    double cream to serve

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 220c/425f/Gas 7.

1 Peel and slice the oranges and limes. Place the slices in a gratin dish
with
25g brown sugar.

2 For the Crumble Topping: Mix the remaining 75g brown sugar in a bowl with
the grated butter, vanilla essence and oatmeal.

3 Sprinkle this over the fruit. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until
golden. Serve with double cream.
