Title: Hot Ham And Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1 1/2 c coarsely shedded edam cheese
1 c cubed cooked ham
1 c cubed cooked chicken
1 c chopped celery
1 onion; chopped
1/4 c chopped green pepper
1/4 c toasted slivered almonds
1/2 c mayonnaise
1/4 ts dry mustard
1 salt and freshly ground
-pepper
----------------------------TOPPING-----------------------------------
1/2 c dry bread crumbs
1 tb butter; melted
Instructions
In bowl, combine cheese, ham, chicken, celery, onion, green pepper,
almonds,
mayonnaise and mustard. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Spoon into 6
scallop baking shellls or individual baking dishes.
Topping: Combine crumbs and butter and sprinkle over each serving. Bake in
350°F oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through and crumbs begin to
brown. (Alternatively, spoon mixture into 6 to 8 cup casserole; sprinkle
with
topping and bake for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.) Makes 6 servings.
