Ingredients

      5    ripe avacados
      1 c  diced tomatoes
      4    chopped scallions
      2 tb chopped cilantro
      1 ts cumin
      1 ts diced jalapenos
      1    juice from 1 lemon
      1    salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

Seed and peel avocados. Dice tomatoes and jalapenos; chop scallions and
cilantro. Add lemon juice. Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Mash with
a
potato masher; add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with fresh fried
tortilla
chips.
