Title: Fish With Chunky Tomato Sauce
Yield: 1 Serving

Ingredients

      1    fish fillet
      1    mustard
      1    tomato chunks; or salsa
      1    olives
      1    pureed pimientos

Instructions

For those who don't like fish, try drowning it in some yummy lowfat sauce.
We like to brush on mustard and then top it with some chunky tomatoes
mixed with olives, or salsa works well, or some pureed pimentos. anything
strong and chunky works well if you don't like fish.

As far as cooking goes, I grill fish to 150 degrees. by the time you get
it to the table and eat it, it will be at 160 degrees, the temp needed to
kill bacteria and any other nasties in the fish.
