Title: Flax Seed Bread
Yield: 32 Servings

Ingredients

      2 oz active dry yeast; 2 pkts
  2 1/2 c  water
      6 tb honey
      2 tb canola oil
      1 ts salt
  2 1/2 c  whole-wheat flour
  3 1/2 c  bread flour
  1 1/3 c  flax seed

Instructions

Make Sure that the water is warm for yeast. Grind the flax
seed into a meal using a blender. In large bowl, disolve
yeast in 4 TBS of water. Set aside until bubbly. Mix in
the honey, oil, salt, & remaining water. Add the flaxseed
meal, whole wheat flour & 2 1/2 C of the bread flour. Mix
well. Stir in enough of the remaining bread flour to make
a soft kneadable dough. Turn the dough onto floured
surface. Knead for 10 min or until smooth and elastic.
Coat two 9x5 pans with no-stick spray. Shape dough into
loaf and place in pan. Cover with plastic wrap. let rise
in warm area for 1 hr. Bake at 350F for 40 - 45 min.
