1/2 c canned green peas; rinsed

2 tb nonfat mayonnaise
1 tb lemon juice
1/4 md avocado; slightly mashed
1/2 c tomato; chopped
1/4 c onion; finely chopped
1 tb salsa
1/4 ts garlic salt
1/4 ts chili powder
Instructions
In a food processor, blend peas, mayonnaise and lemon juice until ultra-
smooth.
Transfer to a mixing bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and chill
for at least 1 hour. Season to taste. Serve with baked tortilla chips.
Makes 2 cups.

NOTES : I LOVE Guacamole and I know Avocados are nutritious, but they are
also high in fat. I made this to eat with baked tortillas and to
use in lowfat fajita wraps. My son had no idea there were peas in
it. It's delicious. Try it!
