1/8 c nonfat plain yogurt
1/8 c nonfat cottage cheese
1/2 avocado; peeled
1/2 c red onion; finely chopped
2 c tomatoes; finely chopped
1 tb jalapeno; seeded and minced
1 tb garlic; finely minced
2 tb lime juice; finely minced
1/4 c cilantro didn't have it;
-didn't use it

1 tb lime zest; finely minced
1 ds tabasco sauce
Instructions
Makes about 2 cups
In a blender or using an immersion blender, blend the first 3 ingredients
until smooth (don't use a food processor or it'll be watery). Transfer to
a
bowl, add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover with plastic
wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
