Title: Muffuletta Spread
Yield: 1

Ingredients

      1 c  pitted spanish green olives
      1 c  pitted brine-cured black
           -olives; (such as kalamata)
    1/4 c  chopped red onion
      2 tb chopped fresh basil
      2 tb fresh lemon juice
      1 tb freshly grated horseradish
      1 tb chopped garlic
      1 tb dijon mustard
      1 ds hot pepper sauce; (such as
           -tabasco)
      1 ds worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c  olive oil
      1    italian bread slices;
           -toasted

Instructions

Combine first 10 ingredients in processor and chop coarsely. With processor
running, gradually add oil. Transfer mixture to medium bowl. Season to
taste
with salt and pepper. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour. (Can be made 1 day ahead.
Keep refrigerated.) Serve with bread.

Makes 1 1/2 cups.
