Ingredients

      1    whole snapper
      1    banana leaf
      2 tb coconut milk
      1    piece ginger
      2    cloves garlic
     12    stems of coriander

Instructions

Stuff the cavity of the fish with the aromatics and season. Place on a
piece
of banana leaf and pour the milk over the fish. Make a tight parcel and
steam
for around 10 minutes. Serve with rice plantain and spinach curry.
