Title: Smoked Turkey
Yield: 8

Ingredients

      2 oz (60g) thinly sliced smoked
      1    turkey or chicken
      2 tb softened; pimento-flavored
      1    cream cheese
      1    stuffed green olives

Instructions

Lay out turkey or chicken to form a 7x8-inch rectangle. Spread with
pimento-flavored cream cheese. Lay a row of stuffed green olives along
short side. Roll up tightly. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for
at least 30 minutes or overnight. Slice diagonally. Each roll makes 8
pieces.
