Chicken Waldorf Pitas With Curried Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients
2 whole chicken breasts;
-skin,bone,cook,cube
1/2 c Italian salad dressing, low
-calorie
1 md apple; green, cubed
1/4 c celery; thinly sliced
1/4 c toasted almonds; sliced
3 tb raisins
2 avocados; seed,peel,cube
4 pitas; halved
8 pieces leaf lettuce; curly
-green
Cherry tomatoes; optional
----------------------Curried Yogurt Sauce----------------------------
1 c yogurt with fruit, nonfat;
-plain
1/2 ts curry powder
1/4 ts mace
Instructions
Prepare Curried Yogurt Sauce by stirring ingredients together. Marinate
chicken in Italian dressing 4 to 8 hours. Stir in apple, celery, almonds
and raisins. Add
Curried Yogurt Sauce. Gently fold in avocados. Place lettuce in
pita halves and fill with chicken mixture. Garnish with tomatoes.
