Title: Garlic Turkey

Ingredients
1 turkey
1 - 2 cups white wine
20 - 40 garlic cloves,
-separated, skins; on
Instructions
Place garlic on bottom of baking pan (or bag!), and put the turkey on
top. Pour the wine over the turkey, and rub a single garlic clove over
the outside and inside of the bird. Insert thermometer.
Bake according to package directions, or at 325 degrees until
thermometer pops out. Pour off liquid and save for gravy. Save garlic
cloves in a small bowl, and serve with your meal. Simply squeeze garlic
onto bread or hard rolls for a roasted-garlic treat!
