           mushrooms
           pate
           chopped onion
           batter or crumb
           oil for frying

Instructions

Remove stalks
Fill cups with pate and a little chopped onion pressed on.
Either batter them or egg and crumb to your own taste.
Deep fry in clean oil until golden and crisp.
