Title: French Style Swiss Chard
Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients

      4 c  coarsley shredded swiss
           -chard
      2    cloves garlic, minced
      1 tb olive oil
      4 tb grated sapsago or parmesan
           -cheese

Instructions

Saute the chard and garlic in the olive oil until wilted, about 5
minutes. Sprinkle with the cheese and serve immediately. Typed in
