     20 oz spinach, fresh
    1/2 ea cabbage; sliced fine
      1 lb bean sprouts
      1 lb potato, new
      3 ea egg, hard boiled

Instructions

Calories per serving: 150 Fat grams per serving: 5 Approx. Cook
Time: 0:10 Cook potatoes with the skins on. Blanch vegetables until
tender- crisp. Chill all cooked vegetables; arrange attractively.
Serve with saus kaŘang.
